Since January 1, 2004, The Federal Government of Canada through The Office of the Privacy Commissioner has made businesses subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada sets out guidelines and information on how to comply with the Act.

Real Storage understands the importance of protecting the confidential personal information of our customers.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties for any reason.
• We do not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties who may want to offer you their own products and services unless you have requested or authorized us to do so.
• We may share your personal information with third parties or affiliates where it is necessary for us to provide you with the services you have requested, collect payment, or do something that you have asked us to do.

Be assured, your personal information will be protected by specific safeguards, including measures such as locked cabinets, security monitored offices, computer passwords and/or encryption.

Real Storage has designated a Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with PIPEDA principles. The Privacy Officer will enforce policy, establish procedures, train staff, and respond to customer questions or concerns.
