Real Storage Limited Partnership Announces Acquisition of Whitecourt Property

Real Storage Limited Partnership ("Real Storage") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Hill Top Self Storage in Whitecourt, Alberta, 123 kilometers northeast of Edmonton. The facility, located at 3364 – 34th Avenue, is Whitecourt’s largest self storage facility providing approximately 40,000 square feet of self-storage and Boat/RV storage.
"We are very excited to complete this acquisition which enhances our presence in Northern Alberta. The current portfolio is comprised of 5 operating properties in Alberta and British Columbia and 2 properties currently in the development stage, one in British Columbia and one in Ontario." said Bill Roberts, President and CEO of Real Storage. "This property collectively increases our overall operating portfolio to more than 375,000 square feet of net rentable area and over 2,100 units to our growing portfolio assisting us in our quest to provide quality solutions to our customers with requirements for Personal, Business and Vehicle storage."
